Counselling

I offer face to face counselling in a relaxed informal setting for individuals including young people, couples and groups.

Choosing a Counsellor you feel comfortable with is very important, so I offer an introductory session costing £35 where we can discuss your requirements and your expectations of counselling, giving you an opportunity to see if you feel comfortable to work with me.  If you do not want to continue there is no further commitment. 

Regular sessions are for 50 minutes at an agreed time, usually weekly, at a cost of £35/£45.

Clinical Supervision

I offer Clinical Supervision to trainee and qualified counsellors and health professionals.  Both individual and group supervision, with telephone support between sessions.

The rate for individual supervision is £40/£45 per hour.
