It could be that you are not sure what you are feeling or why

Whatever your concerns we can work together in a safe confidential setting where you can talk and think through your situation, explore and express your feelings and perhaps consider a new perspective

At our first meeting I use specialist assessment skills to gather information quickly so that the work can begin straight away. This will
  • Establish the initial focus for counselling
  • Look at any goals and expectations
  • Ensure you feel comfortable to work with me
  • Allow you time to ask any questions you may have
  • Ensure I am the right therapist to help you
If you decide you want to continue sessions are usually weekly for 50 minutes

Wellbeing at Work

Psychological problems can affect both work and home life and evidence has shown that counselling is a cost effective way of supporting employees
I support local & national organisations through counselling for their employees.  I am an affiliate associate of BUPA and other healthcare providers and I facilitate mentoring and education programmes to promote wellbeing, reduce stress, increase personal resilience and enhance professional development
