Whatever your concerns we can work together in a safe confidential setting where you can talk and think through your situation, explore and express your feelings and perhaps consider a new perspective
At our first meeting I use specialist assessment skills to gather information quickly so that the work can begin straight away. This will
- Establish the initial focus for counselling
- Look at any goals and expectations
- Ensure you feel comfortable to work with me
- Allow you time to ask any questions you may have
- Ensure I am the right therapist to help you
If you decide you want to continue sessions are usually weekly for 50 minutes
